Google connection
Google connection (optional)
You can connect your own Google account to Soffield so your email and your calendar work inside the app. Connecting Google is optional, you authorize it yourself from your Google account, and Soffield works fully without it.
- Gmail — read (gmail.readonly): we show in your Soffield inbox the emails your clients send you.
- Gmail — send (gmail.send): send replies, quotes and invoices you approve from your connected Gmail address.
- Google Calendar — appointments (calendar.events): appointments created in Soffield appear in Google Calendar; moving or deleting them there updates Soffield.
- Google account email (userinfo.email): we identify the owner of the account you connected.
Soffield asks for nothing else from Google: no Drive, no Contacts, no advertising data.
You can revoke access at any time from your Soffield settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
